bad soundproofingincorrect debit
I found some issues . firstly, the soundproofing in my room was REALLY bad. i could hear everything from the rooms above and next to mine, a constant disturbance. secondly, a staff member made an error with my deposit. It was incorrectly debited. now, i am stuck waiting 40 days to get my 8000 thb back. it has left a bad taste

the breakfast buffet offered diverse options and it was always delicious. the hotel grounds also featured beautiful gardens that were well kept.
the hotel lacked readily available buggies near the level area, resulting in occasional waits.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. i enjoyed the daily housekeeping. They kept everything super clean. the beach had plenty of sunbeds. i also liked the direct access to the beautiful beach.
the air conditioning dripped a bit , but it wasn't a major issue.

the beautiful room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room also offered a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. a minibar stocked with complimentary soft drinks and snacks was a great touch.

the hotel is located near several restaurants. i found a 7/11 convenience store just a short walk away, really convenient. the beach is sandy. it is suitable for long walks.

The mattresses on the pool lounges were unhygienic I think. They seemed dirty from wetness, not great. there was a lot of rubbish on the beach I saw. The smoking areas NEEDED to be better signposted. People just threw their cigarettes on the sand.

I found the pool access room to be amazing. The breakfast options delighted me with their excellence. The hotel's overall beauty.
The design created a mosquito haven, which sometimes made it almost impossible to sit outside near the room.

My room featured a very nice, big space with a huge balcony offering comfortable seating and tranquil views. The bathroom included a nice, deep bathtub. I looked forward to returning to my room each day.

Breakfast presented a very nice spread and the staff members were wonderful. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, and the iced coffees offered a refreshing start to each morning. I found great joy in the varied culinary experiences.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Baw, the pool and beach concierge, was particularly attentive and always ensured all guests had everything they needed. Their warmth and genuine smiles made a lasting impression.
